One site I help out on has comment tags kept in place because I don't
work alone on the site. So I have comment tags sharing thoughts like
<!--don't touch this--> or <!-- main contents--> due to the other
person's limited HTML knowledge and thecomments are left in since that
person uses the online editor. Saves me from panic emails of "The site
doesn't look right! Help!!!"

However, MC Hammer has no competition from me for the "don't touch
this" phrase. ;) Comments in the pages are short, sweet, to the point,
and strictly for editing notes.
